Position Summary

 

As a Senior Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for the overall coordination of complex projects to successfully implement ETF strategic goals and initiatives. Responsibilities include management of project timeliness, quality of effort, monitoring scope, budget, resource assignment, vender management and accountability, and escalation of issues. You will manage and lead project teams, facilitate project meetings, and elicit requirements. 

ETF uses a hybrid (traditional and agile) project management framework. You will be responsible for developing and coordinating the project plan, timelines, and milestone completion efforts. You will have a high degree of autonomy coordinating vendors, multiple business units, and IT. In addition, you will also be expected to communicate with all levels of staff and management.

You will work closely with the project sponsor and business representatives to ensure that the project meets the identified business requirements and goals. Project deliverables will provide our members with opportunities to interact with our organization in new, modern, and exciting ways.

Salary Information

 

This position is in classification IS Business Automation Consultant/Admin (pay schedule/range 07-32), with an annual salary of $104827 - $127192, plus excellent benefits.

Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of appointment.

Job Details

 

ETF offers hybrid remote/office work. If interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF’s office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require. All employees are expected to be headquartered and work within the state of Wisconsin.

ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.
